CPCU Social Outing - Drillers Game

Take Me Out to the Ballgame – It’s CPCU Drillers Day!

Our Social Event this year will occur in conjunction with our monthly meeting in May and will be held at ONEOK field during a Drillers Day Game.  Please join us on Wednesday, May 14^th as the Tulsa Drillers take on the Springfield Cardinals.  Our timeline for the day:

11:15 a.m.           Registration Begins

11:30 a.m.           Business Meeting Begins

12:00 p.m.           Buffet Style Lunch Begins

12:05 p.m.           First Pitch

We will be in one of the Founders’ Suites, which holds up to 40 people.  Therefore, attendance will be limited to the first 40 people to sign up.  We are opening this event up first to current members only (in a paid-up status).  We are charging members a nominal fee of $10  per person to offset some of the expense.  However, this $10 covers the buffet style BBQ lunch and the game if you are able to stay and watch at least some of the game with your fellow CPCU Chapter members.  Depending on demand, we may open this event up to others, including guests, sometime after April 15^th and will most likely charge a higher fee to non-members.

We will take registrations and payment at our April Chapter meeting on April 15th, so please remember to bring your checkbooks or cash to get registered.  You can also register before or after this meeting by Emailing Ron Comeau at ron.comeau.gq4c@statefarm.com or calling him at 918-621-3043.  Your seat will not be reserved until payment is received and, remember, seats are limited.  Contact Ron if you have any questions.
