CE Logistics Committee

We currently have a vacancy for this Committee Chair.

This committee is responsible for developing a strategy and process for the chapter to offer relevant CE courses to our local market, with a focus on producers/agents. Their charge is to add educational/professional value to this audience and to the chapter's membership through CE courses; to promote the CPCU Society; and to promote membership in the NEOK CPCU Society Chapter.

Good Works Committee

We are currently soliciting for this Chair/Committee.

 Duties would include involving members in Community Good Works endeavors; Reaches out to local community to serve others who are in need; Consider partnering with other organizations or employers to work on a project.

This committee sets objectives and develops a CR&D plan.

  • Encourage candidates with four or more completed parts to join the Society as candidate members. Invite candidates to meetings.
  • Make personal phone calls to congratulate new designees.
  • Send a congratulatory letter to new designees; appoint a mentor to each new designee.
  • Recognize new designees at a lunch, dinner, or reception. Host a local conferment of new designees- may be in conjunction with I-Day or a chapter meeting.
  • Formal or informal survey of members to determine member's needs;
  • Recognize specific accomplishments of members;
  • Promote the benefits of CPCU Society;
  • Use the online membership feature to update chapter records; and, manage the chapter's paid/unpaid membership listing with a focus on improving paid memberships and meeting attendance.
